Serenity Therapy currently accepts the follow list of insurance plans. Contact us to discuss options if you do not see your provider listed.

Self Pay Rates:

• Initial Session- $175
• Individual Sessions- $150 for 50-55 Minutes

Payment

I accept cash, check and all major credit cards as forms of payment.

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you may be charged for the full rate of the session. Insurance will not cover no-show/late cancellation fees. Please e-mail me or leave a message as soon as you know you cannot attend an appointment.
